My name is Siri — I'm currently a senior at Amherst College double majoring in Biology and English. This year, I'll be starting two theses, one in biology investigating plant transcriptomics when faced with endemic or foreign pathogens, and the other a critical analysis of feminine suicidal ideation and the presence of the Muse in British romantic poetry and modern poetry.

In my free time, I run a poetry club that works with the town library, serve as a student EMT, help manage my school's Student Activities Budget, and work for causes I'm passionate about, like increasing academic resources for pre-health students underrepresented in the medical field.
